We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

Returns (14 days)

Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  1. Log in and click Cancel / return next to your order, or use the form below if you ordered as a guest. You can also e-mail us at sales@ctccustoms.nl with your order number.
  2. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  3. Send the products within 14 days to: CTC Customs, De Zodde 4, 1231 MB Loosdrecht, the Netherlands. Return shipping is at your own cost.
  4. We refund you within 14 days after your withdrawal, once we have received the products.

Please note: parts that have been installed, painted, cut or drilled cannot be returned at full value. Made-to-order products (custom exhausts, made-to-measure heat shields, a configured CTC Dash) cannot be returned.

Received something damaged or wrong? E-mail us with photos within 48 hours and we will sort it out at our cost.
