Doel: uw vraag beantwoorden en een offerte maken. Grondslag: precontractuele maatregelen en ons gerechtvaardigd belang.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Webshopaccount<\/strong> \u2013 naam, e-mailadres, wachtwoord (versleuteld opgeslagen) en adresgegevens. Doel: uw account beheren en bestellingen verwerken. Grondslag: overeenkomst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bestellingen<\/strong> \u2013 naam, adres, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, bestelde producten, betaal- en factuurgegevens. Doel: uw bestelling uitvoeren en factureren. Grondslag: overeenkomst en wettelijke plicht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Melding bij voorraad<\/strong> \u2013 e-mailadres en product. Doel: u laten weten dat een product weer leverbaar is. Grondslag: toestemming.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasvormaanvragen en configurator CTC Dash<\/strong> \u2013 naam, e-mailadres, voertuiggegevens en gekozen opties. Doel: beoordelen of het product past en een offerte maken. Grondslag: precontractuele maatregelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Werkzaamheden in onze werkplaats<\/strong> \u2013 naam, adres, contactgegevens, voertuiggegevens (waaronder kenteken en chassisnummer), uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en foto's van het voertuig. Doel: de opdracht uitvoeren, administratie en facturatie. Grondslag: overeenkomst en wettelijke plicht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Websitestatistieken<\/strong> \u2013 gepseudonimiseerde gebruiksgegevens via Google Analytics, alleen met uw toestemming. Doel: de website verbeteren. Grondslag: toestemming.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beveiliging van formulieren<\/strong> \u2013 technische gegevens over uw browser en apparaat (zoals IP-adres en browserkenmerken) via Cloudflare Turnstile, bij inloggen, een account aanmaken, wachtwoord herstellen, afrekenen en contactformulieren. Turnstile leest niet wat u in het formulier invult. Doel: spam, bots en misbruik voorkomen. Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wij gebruiken geen geautomatiseerde besluitvorming, versturen geen nieuwsbrieven of marketingmails en verkopen uw gegevens nooit.<\/p>\n<h2>Foto's van voertuigen<\/h2>\n<p>Wij publiceren foto's van klantprojecten alleen met toestemming van de eigenaar, en maken kentekens en persoonlijke gegevens waar nodig onherkenbaar.<\/p>\n<h2>Met wie wij gegevens delen<\/h2>\n<p>Wij delen gegevens alleen als dat nodig is, met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>e-Boekhouden.nl<\/strong> \u2013 boekhoudsoftware;<\/li>\n<li><strong>onze boekhouder<\/strong> \u2013 financi\u00eble administratie en belastingaangiftes;<\/li>\n<li><strong>ons eigen klant- en werkplaatssysteem<\/strong> \u2013 beheer van klanten, voertuigen en opdrachten;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mijndomein<\/strong> \u2013 hosting van de website en e-mail;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2013 beveiliging van formulieren (Turnstile);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2013 Analytics (alleen met toestemming), Google Maps en Google Fonts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Waar nodig hebben wij een verwerkersovereenkomst gesloten. Sommige van deze diensten (Google, Cloudflare) kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Unie verwerken, met door de Europese Commissie goedgekeurde waarborgen (EU-US Data Privacy Framework of standaardcontractbepalingen).<\/p>\n<h2>Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>Wij gebruiken functionele cookies die nodig zijn voor de website en de winkelwagen. Analytische en andere cookies plaatsen wij alleen met uw toestemming. Zie ons <a href=\"\/nl\/cookiebeleid-eu\/\">Cookiebeleid<\/a>; daar kunt u uw keuze altijd wijzigen.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe lang wij uw gegevens bewaren<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Facturen, bestellingen, werkorders en de bijbehorende klantgegevens: 7 jaar na afloop van het boekjaar (wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht).<\/li>\n<li>Contact- en pasvormaanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden: 1 jaar.<\/li>\n<li>Webshopaccounts: tot u uw account opheft, of na 3 jaar inactiviteit.<\/li>\n<li>Meldingen bij voorraad: tot de melding is verstuurd of u zich afmeldt.<\/li>\n<li>Interne voertuigfoto's: zolang het projectdossier wordt bewaard.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics-gegevens: maximaal 14 maanden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Beveiliging<\/h2>\n<p>Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder een versleutelde verbinding (HTTPS), botbeveiliging op onze formulieren, beperkte toegang en beveiligde accounts.<\/p>\n<h2>Uw rechten<\/h2>\n<p>U heeft het recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van uw gegevens, op beperking van en bezwaar tegen de verwerking, en op overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens. Een gegeven toestemming kunt u altijd intrekken. Stuur uw verzoek naar <a href=\"mailto:info@ctccustoms.nl\">info@ctccustoms.nl<\/a>; wij reageren binnen een maand.
